Delivery

We dispatch all orders from our side within 2 working days after order confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders above the free-shipping threshold are delivered free of charge. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan.

Returns & exchange

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy starting from the date of order delivery.

If you receive a damaged, expired, leaking, or missing item, please report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this time may not be accepted.

Returned or exchanged items must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition
